📋 Description

  • Collaborate with Account Manager to maximize NRR.
  • Achieve quarterly renewal and expansion goals with partners.

  • Manage end-to-end renewals and forecast in SFDC.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or relevant experience.
  • 1-3+ years renewal/account management in large organizations with quotas.
  • Familiar with Salesforce Lightning/CPQ; Outreach, Excel, Power BI, Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of renewals cycle, buyer personas, and decision-making processes.
  • Retention-focused with value proposition, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; self-motivated and independent.
