📋 Description

  • Collaborate with Account Manager/Executive teammates to maximize NRR.
  • Achieve quarterly renewal and expansion sales goals; build partner/buyer relationships.
  • Maintain partner and customer relationships; align needs with Sophos solutions.
  • Identify renewal risks and coordinate with partners and CS to mitigate risk.
  • Work with customers and partners to obtain docs for revenue recognition.
  • Support end-to-end renewals; maintain forecast status in SFDC.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Communications, or Marketing preferred; or proven relevant experience.
  • 1-3+ years in renewal account management or sales working with decision-makers in large orgs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and CPQ; plus Outreach, MS Excel, Power BI, and MS Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of the Renewals sales cycle, buyer personas, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
