- Collaborate with Account Manager/Executive teammates to maximize NRR.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Communications, or Marketing preferred; or proven relevant experience.
- 1-3+ years in renewal account management or sales working with decision-makers in large orgs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and CPQ; plus Outreach, MS Excel, Power BI, and MS Outlook.
- Strong understanding of the Renewals sales cycle, buyer personas, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
