- High-volume book of business experience (Commercial/Midmarket/Enterprise).
- Channel partner selling experience; team selling mindset.
- Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong organizational skills and outbound discipline; resilient and coachable with ownership mindset.
