📋 Description

  • Collaborate with AM/AE to maximize NRR.
  • Drive renewal and expansion targets in territory.
  • Maintain relationships; align needs with Sophos solutions.
  • Identify renewal risks; mitigate with partners and CS.
  • Manage docs to recognize revenue accurately.
  • Oversee end-to-end renewals; update SFDC forecast.
  • Follow renewal processes; conduct campaigns and actions.
  • Engage customers with planned cadence; place account plans.
  • Support expansion when renewal in flight with AM/AE.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or relevant experience.
  • 1-3+ years in renewal/account mgmt or sales; quota track record.
  • Familiar with Salesforce (Lightning, CPQ); Outreach; Excel; Power BI; Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of renewals cycle and buyer personas.
  • Excellent retention risk discovery; negotiation and closing.
  • Experience selling with channel partners; team-selling.
