  • Partner with Account Managers to achieve renewal and expansion targets.
  • Focus on renewal rate, renewal ACV and renewal billings in the territory.
  • Manage renewal pipeline not driven by AM/AE; drive renewals.
  • Ensure customers renew and potentially expand value from Sophos solutions.
  • Maintain renewals forecast status in SFDC and follow renewal processes.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to mitigate renewal risk.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or proven relevant experience.
  • 1-3+ years renewals/account management in large orgs; quota track record.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and CPQ; Outreach, Excel, Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of renewals cycle, buyer personas, and decision processes.
  • Retention risk discovery, value proposition, negotiation, closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; self-motivated.
