  • Be a licensing expert and understand all assets in an account
  • Understand complex software quoting
  • Understand ARR, ACV, and TCV revenue models
  • Coordinate onboarding with professional services, support, and sales
  • Manage renewals to maximize retention and expansions
  • Proactively start procurement/renewal three months before renewal

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in a similar role (CSM, Helpdesk, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Privilege Access Management and security best practices
  • Experience with Privilege Access Service solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
  • Comfortable interfacing with multi-divisional, multi-geographic clients (director level)
  • Ability to translate high-level technical concepts into business solutions
  • Salesforce and Customer Success Management platform experience
  • Strong multitasking, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
