- Knowledge of Privilege Access Management and security best practices
- Experience with Privilege Access Service solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
- Comfortable interfacing with multi-divisional, multi-geographic clients (director level)
- Ability to translate high-level technical concepts into business solutions
- Salesforce and Customer Success Management platform experience
- Strong multitasking, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
