  • Manage and execute SMB renewals across a growing book, maintaining 90/60/30-day visibility.
  • Accurately forecast renewal outcomes on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Evaluate account health across the portfolio and mitigate at-risk accounts.
  • Build scalable renewal processes and oversee end-to-end SFDC workflow.
  • Collaborate with Support, RevOps, and Finance to manage the renewal lifecycle.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and multi-year agreements with procurement and legal teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years SDR experience, or 1+ year in Renewals Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; multi-task with attention to detail.
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with procurement and legal teams.
  • Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience; CPQ tools familiarity is a plus.
