- Accurately forecast renewal outcomes on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Evaluate account health across the portfolio and mitigate at-risk accounts.
- Build scalable renewal processes and oversee end-to-end SFDC workflow.
- Collaborate with Support, RevOps, and Finance to manage the renewal lifecycle.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and multi-year agreements with procurement and legal teams.
π― Requirements
- 2+ years SDR experience, or 1+ year in Renewals Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; multi-task with attention to detail.
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with procurement and legal teams.
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience; CPQ tools familiarity is a plus.
