  • CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, plus Excel/Google Sheets for analysis.
  • Ability to build relationships with customer stakeholders and navigate procurement.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, CS, Finance, and Legal to structure renewals and terms.
