🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in SaaS renewals or sales operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for high volume renewals.
  • Process oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for customers.
  • Experience navigating internal approval workflows and cross functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
