🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in SaaS renewals, sales ops, deal support, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for high-volume renewals.
  • Process-minded with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for customer interactions.
  • Comfort navigating internal approvals and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
