  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales operations, deal support, or related function.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high-volume renewals.
  • Process-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to support customers through renewals.
  • Comfort navigating complex internal approval workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
