- 5+ years in high-touch renewals, account management, or strategic sales.
- Executive-level relationship building with senior stakeholders.
- Financial/analytical skills: ACV/ARR, revenue forecasting.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, Finance.
- CRM and forecasting tool proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
