  • Own renewals for Strategic Accounts; renewals 240–180 days before expiry.
  • Engage executives and channel partners to assess renewal risks, communicate value, and negotiate terms.
  • Lead internal Account Reviews for renewals above ACV threshold with Field Sales and leadership.
  • Develop renewal proposals, quotes, and pricing models; navigate negotiations to maximize revenue.
  • Identify and resolve issues during renewal cycle; drive value with Customer Success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reports on renewal trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-touch renewals, account management, or strategic sales.
  • Executive-level relationship building with senior stakeholders.
  • Financial/analytical skills: ACV/ARR, revenue forecasting.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, Finance.
  • CRM and forecasting tool proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
