๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Manage opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio and research health/status
  • Coordinate with TT/SMB CSMs and Account Managers to strategize renewals for max bookings
  • Be proactive with customers on opportunities and handle objections to close deals
  • Negotiate with customers to prevent churn and secure optimal terms
  • Apply pricing strategies per company standards
  • Generate pricing quotes for renewals
  • Manage 30/60/90 day pipeline and forecasts; review with Renewal Director
  • Complete deal sheets in Salesforce for each opportunity
  • Meet and exceed bookings targets and quotas
  • Maintain CRM records for opportunities

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Gmail and Google Docs experience
  • MS Office (Word and Excel) experience
  • Web browsers such as Chrome and Internet Explorer
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
  • Familiarity with IT security concepts and procedures
  • Previous sales or negotiation experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Build rapport with customers via phone, email, video
