- 3โ4 years in SaaS renewals, sales ops, CS, or account management.
- Understanding of recurring revenue models, subscriptions, CPQ, Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to influence decisions.
- Detail-oriented, organized; manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Salesforce/NetSuite or similar.
- Bachelorโs degree in business or Finance, or equivalent.
