- Respond to renewal inquiries and assist account teams.
- Ensure timely renewal approvals and invoicing.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in renewal or sales admin preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- On-site in Cape Town with ability to collaborate in-person.
