  • 10+ years in SaaS renewals; familiarity with global regions (EMEA/APAC/LATAM).
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, subscription licensing, and CPQ/Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence customer decisions.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel and CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
