📋 Description

  • Own renewal book for US/EMEA/APAC customers from Bangalore.
  • Meet quarterly renewal quota and ACV plan.
  • Negotiate renewals and drive uplift on renewals.
  • Manage renewal pipeline in CRM and review upcoming renewals.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Support & CS to mitigate renewal risk.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in renewals/account management/SaaS sales.
  • Experience with US/EMEA/APAC customers.
  • Cloud Data Management & Security experience.
  • Channel/partner ecosystem experience (nice to have).
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently or with a team.
