🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent.
- 2–4 years in sales operations, customer success operations, renewals support, or related function.
- Experience in renewal management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash in SaaS/tech.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience: CRM data management, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ: renewals, quoting, pricing workflows, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Oracle; Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
