📋 Description

  • Supports renewal operations: day-to-day renewal activities for Customer Success and Renewals.
  • Backup execution support; handle renewal and pricing escalations.
  • Deliver reporting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination to improve renewal performance.
  • Forecast renewal performance, pricing, and goal attainment using Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, and MS Office.
  • Handle sensitive financial and operational data with discretion and independent judgment.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to improve renewal processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years in sales operations, customer success operations, renewals support, or related function.
  • Experience in renewal management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash in SaaS/tech.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience: CRM data management, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ: renewals, quoting, pricing workflows, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Oracle; Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
