  • Manage a Mid-market renewal portfolio; engage 180+ days before renewal.
  • Lead renewal cycle: forecasting, negotiation, and closure.
  • Identify expansion opportunities during renewal with AEs/CSMs.
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and articulate Elastic value.
  • Communicate renewal status, risk, and forecast in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, legal, ops, and customer success to streamline processes.

  • Proven success managing Mid-market renewals or SaaS accounts.
  • Deep understanding of renewal/retention processes, including forecasting and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple renewal cycles and prioritize engagements.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and data management standards.
  • A customer-focused attitude with proactive value creation and growth.
  • Fluent in English.
