- Deep understanding of renewal/retention processes, including forecasting and negotiation.
- Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple renewal cycles and prioritize engagements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and data management standards.
- A customer-focused attitude with proactive value creation and growth.
- Fluent in English.
