- Proven success managing enterprise renewals in a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of renewal/retention processes: forecasting, risk, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple renewal cycles and prioritize engagements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and data management standards.
- Fluent in French and English.
