  • Manage enterprise renewal portfolio; engage 180 days before renewal.
  • Lead the full renewal cycle: forecasting, negotiation, closure.
  • Identify and qualify upsell opportunities during renewal discussions; collaborate with AE/CSM.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and articulate Elastic's value.
  • Communicate renewal status, risk, and forecast updates in Salesforce and reporting tools.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, legal, ops, and customer success to streamline processes.

  • Proven success managing enterprise renewals in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of renewal/retention processes: forecasting, risk, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple renewal cycles and prioritize engagements.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and data management standards.
  • Fluent in French and English.
