  • Partner with C-level and directors to drive renewals from outreach to close.
  • Manage a high-volume book; exceed retention and multi-year renewal targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, Finance, and Legal to secure renewals.
  • Maintain a 90-day forecast of renewal rate, net revenue retention, and risk.
  • Voice of the customer to product teams; influence roadmap with feedback.
  • Refine renewal motions with GTM strategy; create email cadences and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in client-facing, quota-carrying roles (renewals/AM) in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Experience managing complex renewal processes.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bonus: Real estate or prop tech experience.
  • Willingness to work in person at our office at least 4 days a week.
