🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years backend experience with Python and Django
- Expert Django Core and Django REST Framework; lifecycle aware; signals
- Relational DBs at scale (PostgreSQL/MySQL); indexing and transactions
- Strong AWS experience: RDS, SQS, S3 lifecycle, IAM/VPC debugging
- Experience in large, existing codebases; not just greenfield
- Proven track record delivering well-designed, well-tested systems in agile, remote-first
