Remote Response Associate, Roadside Assistance

📋 Description

• Handle inbound roadside assistance calls with calm, empathetic guidance.
• Dispatch service providers to ensure rapid tow and service.
• Provide reassurance to customers during emergencies to keep them safe.
• Work in a remote, performance-driven team using Zoom and Google Chat.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems to track progress and dispatch.
• Participate in upcoming remote training classes for Roadside roles.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year customer service experience; remote work preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; empathetic.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and dispatch requests.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and dispatch tools.
• Comfortable collaborating in a virtual team via Zoom/Google Chat.
• Remote-readiness: dedicated quiet workspace and reliable internet.
