Remote Psychiatrist Collaborative Physician (MD)

📋 Description

• Conduct video consultations via telemedicine.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients; prescribe meds when appropriate.
• Provide supervision/oversight to NPs in states with collaborative agreements.
• Complete required chart reviews and provide timely consultation support to NPs.
• Maintain responsiveness for collaboration duties per state requirements and UpLift standards.
• Coordinate care with UpLift’s network of therapists and other providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatrist with active clinical experience.
• Active/unrestricted medical licenses in VA, TX, FL, GA, or NC.
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising or collaborating with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Comfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law; telemedicine experience is a plus.
• Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care.
