• Keep complete, accurate records of patient communications.
• Assist patients in managing their pharmacy insurance claims.

🎯 Requirements

• State registration or certification as a pharmacy tech.
• CPhT certification preferred but not required.
• 1+ year of pharmacy tech experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• If state lacks registration, obtain national certification at hire.
