📋 Description

  • Outbound calls to engage eligible members
  • Position value of Transcarent and 2nd.MD to drive enrollment
  • Use consultative selling to uncover needs and address objections
  • Collect health info and route to clinical resources
  • Build rapport to influence member decisions
  • Manage follow-up to re-engage and close enrollments
  • Document conversations and outcomes in internal systems
  • Maintain organized outreach pipeline
  • Collaborate with care team for timely coordination
  • Meet or exceed engagement and enrollment targets

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience required
  • Proven success in high-volume outbound calling
  • Schedule: Mon–Thu 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST; Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
  • Start Date: June 8th
  • Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Comfortable working toward individual performance targets
  • Strong persuasive and consultative communication skills
