- Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care across licensed state(s)
- Educate patients on getting the most from their hearing technology
- Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows to improve patient experience
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless patient journeys
- Contribute clinical insights to hear.com's global audiology network
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm in your time zone
🎯 Requirements
- Active HIS license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
- ILE (International Licensing Exam) passed
- Patient-first, empathetic, with strong communication and outcomes focus
- Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
- Strong organizational skills; able to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable home internet with hardwired connection (100+ Mbps down / 20+ Mbps up)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (costs covered by hear.com)
