📋 Description

  • Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care across licensed state(s)
  • Educate patients on getting the most from their hearing technology
  • Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows to improve patient experience
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless patient journeys
  • Contribute clinical insights to hear.com's global audiology network
  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm in your time zone

🎯 Requirements

  • Active HIS license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
  • ILE (International Licensing Exam) passed
  • Patient-first, empathetic, with strong communication and outcomes focus
  • Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Strong organizational skills; able to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable home internet with hardwired connection (100+ Mbps down / 20+ Mbps up)
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (costs covered by hear.com)
