- Own outbound prospecting into strategic enterprise accounts across defined target segments.
- Build and execute account-based outbound plans (stakeholder mapping & sequencing).
- Engage senior stakeholders (Director/VP/Head/CMO) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social selling.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover growth goals and needs.
- Develop messaging aligned to executive priorities (revenue impact, efficiency, speed-to-market).
- Partner with enterprise AEs to support pursuits (intel, buying committee insights, clean handoffs).
- Maintain CRM discipline and activity tracking for forecasting and analysis.
- Provide feedback loops to marketing and leadership on what's resonating with the enterprise market.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 5+ years experience in Sales Development or Enterprise Prospecting.
- Proven success booking meetings with enterprise decision-makers.
- Open net-new accounts, not just inbound.
- Strong discovery skills; create urgency without being transactional.
- Comfortable with long buying cycles and multi-stakeholder contexts.
- Excellent written communication with executive tone.
- Confident phone presence and objection handling.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts (content, SEO, analytics).
- CRM proficiency: HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Tools: SEMrush, SimilarWeb, GA.
- Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo experience is a plus.
