📋 Description

• Own the Country Pod; ensure timely, accurate payroll; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as main contact between internal and external stakeholders for payroll.
• Stay current on international payroll laws, regs, taxes, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and payroll providers.
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Years of experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Ability to manage risk; resolve/escalate issues; discretion with confidential matters.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries; manage third-party payroll services.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent English.
