📋 Description

• Own the China Payroll Country Pod, ensuring on-time, accurate payroll
• Serve as liaison between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters
• Stay up to date with payroll laws, regs and benefits
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and country-specific policies
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and partners
• Develop KPIs, SLAs and governance for payroll team

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in regional/global payroll ops, specifically China
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws/regulations and GDPR compliance
• Experience with third-party payroll services and multi-country payroll
• Proficient in SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to work asynchronously
