• Experienced in regional/global payroll ops, focusing on China.
• Own the country pod; ensure payroll is on time and compliant.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and external stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws, regs, taxes, and benefits.
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, and best-practice payroll processes.
• Document payroll processes per governance; plan system changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of China payroll regulations and compliance.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries with third-party providers.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage risk and handle confidential matters; analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Familiar with GDPR and global payroll governance.
