  • Strong negotiation and persuasive idea-selling skills
  • Exceptional communication and active listening with strong phone presence
  • Strategic and tactical thinker; handles rejection well
  • Self-starter with urgency; brings new ideas to the team
  • English fluency; Korean/Japanese/Bahasa a plus
