- Proven BD success with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha
- Previous SDR experience in a B2B SaaS tech company
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong listening
- Able to think strategically and tactically; positive under pressure
- Fluency in English and Polish
