  • Proven BD success with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha
  • Previous SDR experience in a B2B SaaS tech company
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong listening
  • Able to think strategically and tactically; positive under pressure
  • Fluency in English and Polish
