📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Global Payroll Implementation team.
• Own delivery of global payroll implementations; timelines, quality, compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; identify risks early.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between Sales, Implementation, and Payroll Ops.
• Standardise and improve payroll implementation processes, tools, and documentation.
• Lead or support UAT, validations, and change management initiatives.

• Extensive experience managing global payroll implementations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
• Lead, coach, and empower high-performing teams; values autonomy.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience driving process improvement with payroll systems (SAP/Workday) and Excel/Sheets.
