📋 Description

• Invoice processing for multiple entities across locations.
• Code invoices to GL accounts and maintain records.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Vendor and internal team communication to resolve billing inquiries.
• Support month-end and year-end close and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and financial software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Mediaocean, Strata).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking and deadlines.
• Working in UK Time Zone.
• AI working experience is necessary.
