📋 Description

  • Guide relocating employees through all relocation stages with a white-glove approach.
  • Provide high-touch support to help clients feel at home in their new city.
  • Work mostly remote (60-70%) with 30-40% in-person client support across the city.
  • Coordinate and lead area tours, housing, schools, and local services.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure a seamless relocation journey.
  • Leverage Relocity’s software and GSuite to deliver tailored client reports.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
  • At least 5 years residency in Singapore with knowledge of local rental market and schools.
  • Able to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
  • Flexible and available to work weekends.
  • Friendly, outgoing, customer-service oriented, with problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with good time management.
