  • Coordinate area tours (in-person or virtual) and maintain client communications.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must have legal right to work in the USA.
  • Must have 5+ years residency in Seattle with knowledge of local rental market, education system, and local registration processes.
  • Must own a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle with a valid driver's license for area tours and searches.
  • Applicants should have the flexibility to dedicate at least 25 hours per week to this role.
  • Must be flexible and available to work weekends.
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; experience with MS Office, GSuite, CRM.

🎁 Benefits

  • Pay range: $28.31 - $30.60 per hour
  • Flexible schedule; 60-70% remote
