  • Provide hands-on in-person relocation support to relocating employees.
  • Lead neighborhood tours, rental searches, and local registrations.
  • Coordinate moving logistics and initial home setup.
  • Guide clients on housing, schools, and amenities; provide reports.
  • Support the Personal Host team with admin duties and multiple relocations.
  • Conduct focus groups and collect feedback to improve services.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Must have legal right to work in the USA.
  • Must have 5+ years residency in Portland with knowledge of local rental markets and registrations.
  • Must own a reliable 4-door vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Able to commit 10-15 hours per week; weekends including Sundays.
  • Degree preferred; relocation experience optional; proficient with MS Office, GSuite, CRM; own laptop.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and ability to work independently.
