- Must have legal right to work in the USA.
- Must have 5+ years residency in Portland with knowledge of local rental markets and registrations.
- Must own a reliable 4-door vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Able to commit 10-15 hours per week; weekends including Sundays.
- Degree preferred; relocation experience optional; proficient with MS Office, GSuite, CRM; own laptop.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and ability to work independently.
