🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex engineering programs in aerospace, autonomy, or robotics.
- Strong system-level thinking and the ability to quickly understand cross-discipline technical challenges.
- Demonstrated success driving clarity, focus, and execution across multi-functional engineering teams.
- Prior hands-on engineering experience in systems, software, electrical, or flight test roles.
- Background in safety-critical domains and FAA certification frameworks (DO-178C, ARP4754A).
