Collaborate with teams to improve hardware reliability via standards and data
Collect and analyze lab and field data to estimate failure rates
Write or adapt scripts to run tests and analyze data
Perform root cause and failure analysis

🎯 Requirements

Experience in hardware reliability, design, or failure analysis
B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with consumer, automotive, and/or aerospace reliability test standards and methods
Experience working with external testing labs to define and complete testing
Experience partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify issues, troubleshoot, and solve problems
Working knowledge of Python with ability to write and modify scripts
