🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years operating stateful distributed systems in production
- Hands-on upgrades/maintenance on live production data stores at scale
- Strong production debugging skills under pressure
- Experience with cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes
- Software development experience in Go or willingness to learn another language
- Experience with ClickHouse preferred
