🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities.
- Proven track record negotiating contracts and managing milestone-based agreements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing: machining, forming, welding, assembly.
