Create work instructions, specifications, and best practices across high-fidelity processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/aero/mechanical engineering or related
8+ years progressive and related experience required
Strong history of supporting complex assembly builds and risk decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with engineering and manufacturing
Strong fundamentals in statics, mechanics of materials, and machining
Expert knowledge of drilling, trimming, and GD&T in aerospace
