  • Process Improvement:

Spearhead the creation and continual refinement of effective, lightweight processes that help the team work more efficiently and improve collaboration between teams. Build buy-in within the team and key partners to implement processes effectively

  • Resource Management:

  • 5+ years experience in a program management role on a complex technical hardware project; prefer experience with software and operations as well

  • Experience managing programs across matrix organizations, building sustainable processes, and coordinating design releases and key engineering trades

  • Proven ability to deliver complex hardware programs

  • Proven ability to lead by influence and collaborate with technical owners (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, test, and launch) to establish a plan without crowding out their ownership

Nice to haves but not required:

  • Experience with launch vehicles and aerospace hardware

  • Strong executive presence, including ability to drive clarity and action across all levels within the company

  • Experience and measurable evidence of solving ambiguous problems, including the introduction of new tools and processes
