Collaborate with welding team to develop GTAW welds for aluminum, stainless, Inconel.
Prepare tooling and parts: trim, bevel, clean, align, assemble, tack weld.
Set up and optimize production floor per 5S; operate overhead cranes or forklifts.
Measure with micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches; inspect welds.
Follow work orders and drawings; read part drawings.
Safety and quality: maintain safety, precision, right-first-time.
2nd shift schedule: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM PT; 50-hour weeks with 10% differential.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years aerospace fabrication experience
3+ years GTAW welding experience
Ability to read part drawings
Experience with micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
