Join us.- Develop, implement, and improve the quality management system in alignment with customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements, international standards, and industrial methodologies.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other cross functional teams to ensure our defined processes are robust to drive mission success throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Own Document Control system, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient management of controlled documents, records, and change control processes.
- Plan and lead internal audits to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the QMS.
- Direct and support root cause investigations and corrective and preventive action process to drive improvement of the management system.
- Provide training and guide cross-functional teams on quality systems continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and measure management system data and report to management to drive the system improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related STEM field
- 5+ years of experience in quality systems or quality engineering, familiar with QMS platforms and digital applications, preferably in aerospace
- In-depth working experience of AS9100 or ISO9001 requirements and principles.
- Certified QMS lead auditor (AS9100 preferred).
- Strong skills in document control, process mapping, and continuous improvement.
