🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field
5+ years of experience in design, manufacturing, assembly, or test
Lead multi-disciplinary projects delivering ambitious schedules
Strong technical judgment; communicate concepts across engineering and leadership
Balance requirements, cost, and schedule for system integration and verification
