🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, aero/ mechanical engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years progressive and related experience.
- Experience with complex assembly builds and risk-based build decisions.
- Excellent collaboration with engineering and manufacturing; provide manufacturability inputs.
- Statics, mechanics of materials, process improvement, factory design, fastening, and machining.
- Drilling, trim ops, and other processes; GD&T and inspection knowledge.
