📋 Description

  • Serve as the EHS lead embedded with engineering and operations teams.
  • Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and implement controls for high-pressure testing.
  • Build out safety processes and programs for test stands based on on-site observations and gaps.
  • Balance time ~50/50 between program development and on-site support.
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce safety procedures, protocols, and best practices for engine testing activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years EHS experience with pressure systems or engine testing.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, ASME, and related safety standards.
  • Proven experience conducting risk assessments, hazard analysis, and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on, proactive problem solver who thrives in the field and collaborates across teams.
