🎯 Requirements

BS or MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or related field
5+ years in mechanical design, packaging, or thermal management for aerospace
Proven ability to deliver mechanical systems from concept to flight
CAD proficiency (SolidWorks/NX) for structural and thermal work
Hands-on hardware build, test, and debug in a lab
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with NASA spaceflight verification standards
Experience with high-density electronics cooling
